A wooden table lamp from France, produced circa 1960. A 54cm high wooden cylinder, capped with an angled black ring and crown of protruding dowels, with an abstract shaded and gilded relief pattern in brass. Adapted from an industrial printing roller, this stunning handicraft looks like a pastiche of traditional and modern fashions.
