Very rare piece from the late 1930s by Lajos Kozma’s colleague, designer Prof.Gyula Kaesz. The upholstery was replaced in the 70s according to the fashion of the time “Vintage, excellent condition, chemically cleaned )
Armchair is all original including Shellak polish (excellent collector condition) with beautiful patina. Solid walnut wood frame, with curves typical of Gyula Kaesz, cross bracing and the slatted, split backrest.
