About This Piece

This handwoven kilim pillow is made from Anatolia and Middleast Kilim fragments. Each kilim pillow cover is cut from an old kilim. The back part of the kilim cushion is manufactured by wool, cotton fabric, and hidden zipper. The bottom part of this piece has a continuous pattern of flowers and ornaments, fully framing the principal knitted flower at the center.
