Small Louis XV / Louis XVI Transition Showcase in Light Cherrywood, Early 20th Century

About This Piece

Vintage Design

This small showcase in light cherry trees opens through a curved door, with a tab cutting, dark of a clear window underlined by a brass baguette with cord pattern.
This door has a functional original lock with input and key.
The upper crosspiece is embellished with a floral garland frieze also in gilded bronze.
The uprights are garnished with built -wrapped falls.
The curved feet, which present in front of similar patterns, end with hooves decorated with acanthus leaves.
The sides, worked in the same spirit, are flanked by flat glasses.
The upper cherry top is surrounded by an openwork and chopped brass gallery.
The interior, entirely dressed in red velvet in perfect condition, offers two fixed shelves.
This small showcase will easily value your objects, your works or why not your favorite crystal service.
