Vintage Design

A green vitreous enamel ceiling light made in England by Thorlux circa 1940 with a distinctive bronze top section and brass safety tag. This version, with the bronze top section is rare.

This charming antique pendant light is a fine example of industrial lighting of this period that was used in factories and industrial environments across England. with a vitreous enamel green finish, a brass safety tag still attached to the top bronze section and a protective cage over the lampholder this industrial lamp is full of rustic appeal.

There are some chips to the enamel on the topside which are photographed.
