Vintage Design

Magnificent and ultra rare Art Deco Haagse School desk or writing table.
Design by Henk Wouda for H. Pander & Zonen.
Striking Dutch design from the twenties.
Solid oak and oak veneer with original solid macassar ebony knobs.
The writing section is veneered macassar ebony.
Height of the writing section: 75 cm or 29.53 in.
Henk or Hendrik Wouda was a famous Dutch architect and his work was highly influenced by
Frank Lloyd Wright.
Marked on the original key.
This museum piece is in very good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use,
preserving a beautiful patina.
