Vintage Design

This set of chairs were designed and produced in Germany during the 1970's. The design is similar to the Europa chairs from Helmut Starke. The set consists in three red chairs, three blue chairs and four green chairs. They are made of Moplen EP or polypropylene for injection moulding, that gives a balance of stiffness and impact resistance combined with high fluidity. This moplen shell is set on a four feet chrome base. They are stackable. Some chrome is missing in the feet and in one of the chairs has the plastic feet missing too. The plastic has some stains and scratches, but overall they are in original and good vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age and use. Some of them stamped with "Made in E.E.C." and "Moplen EP".
