Vintage Design

Superb Louis XIII style rosewood bench. Twisted columns adorned with spinning tops on the back, armrests ending in balls, base joined by a rosary spacer. The settee is furnished with a fabric with a Haute Époque motif of animals in foliage like the initial letters in medieval manuscripts.
Very beautiful decorative piece of furniture.
