Imposing French Writing Table in Style of Louis 14th Tulip Wood on Pinewood. Three part, straight border.Narrow overlapping, wide framed writing plate, middle laid, gold embossed Leathe rsurface. Underneath, three drawers of varying sizes with carved frieze from acanthus leaves. Wide knee area, flanked on both sides with three drawers with inset fillings flanked with fixtures in form of feminine masks on curved borders. Opposite situated blind drawers. The fixtures are prominent and of exceptionally good quality. The Bronze work from contre partie, consists of rambling leafwork. Measures: Width: 195 cm, Height: 80 cm, Depth: 104 cm
