Ferdinando Codognotto is an highly experienced sculptor with more than forty years in business, in his early works he narrates the natural environment in which he grew up sculpting plants and flowers. Being also attracted by technology, he also creates sculptures "time machines" on which he does not renounce to sculpt the symbols that always bring us back to nature such as the sun, the sea, the fish, thus combining nature with the machine. he chose wood as the material to express his sculptures, which feels a warm and lively material compared to others such as marble or bronze.
