Dutch silver pepper mill by Vos & Co, Haarlem, 1915-1920 A silver pepper mill with scenes of Dutch landscape in medallion of a ship, a church and a windmill. With pearl shaped edge and foliate scrolls. Hallmarks of the silversmith and the "Sword" ( used during 1906-1953) 835/1000 purity The silver smith is Vos, Dirk & Izaak & Schoorl, Aldert (Vos & Co n.v. Jacques) (Haarlem/ 's-Hertogenbosch) 1915-1920 In the scene of the ship, right, there are the Hallmarks The slide on top is for to fill the pepper grains Used, in very good condition and working order The measurements are: 8 cm high and 5 cm diagonal The weight is 116 gram.
