M'rirt carpets come from the small village of Mrirt in the middle Atlas Mountains in Morocco. The village is known for its extraordinary wool quality and the carpets are handled by the Berber women with very dense double nodes hand. This quality feels through the silky texture of the wool and the thickness of the carpet, which feels very pleasantly soft on the foot. Very durable, timeless and environmentally friendly produced.
