Vintage Design

This Napoleon III inlaid buffet is made of a large number of indigenous wood species (magnifying glass and burl walnut, lemon, rosewood, amaranth, and sycamore). The gilded bronzes have a superb quality of carving and inserted marquetry in the openwork. The piece features Greek decor on the edge of the door. The central decoration of the door is decorated with an Etruscan vase surmounted by a bouquet. The top is made of beautiful red cherry marble.
