Reading Quietly, oil on canvas, 76 x 100cm, I am very fortunate to have a studio with lots of windows and so have lots of beautiful sunlight pouring in. I can understand why artists in the past wanted studios that faced North, (they gave an unchanging light) but I love the warth and atmosphere a South facing studio gives. I bought the green shutters second hand and they counjour up memories of time in th mediterranean In the frame 90cm x 114cm 2023/24
